Administration Officer

About the Role

The administration officer plays a key role in the receival and accurate timely completion of customer sales orders, while supporting site and regional hub administration activities.

Duties

• Telephone response for internal and external customers
• Customer sales orders acceptance, entry and checking if required
• Dispatched sales order verification including customer credit/invoice adjustment
• Outbound sales truck loading

Skills & Experience

• A sound knowledge of general accounting and administrative functions
• A thorough understanding of the MS Dynamics and Microsoft Office systems
• Strong verbal, negotiation, and written communication skills
• Knowledge in accounts payable applications
