Job Description

We are reviewing applications for  Demi Chefs  to join our Staff Cafeteria team at Treasury Brisbane. This is a crucial role where you will be supervising and assisting with the organisation of sections to be prepared in line with the Sous Chef’s direction. Your responsibility will be the daily specials, support specific stations and provide mentorship to team members under your direction.

  • What are we looking for?

  • Culinary qualifications are required (Commercial Cookery Cert III)
  • Prior experience in an up-market and high-volume/bulk operation is desirable
  • Someone who is able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster that can include days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with others
