About the role

As the Contracts and Invoicing Administrator you will be someone that thrives in a fast paced customer centric environment with the ability to multitask. You are someone with a problem solving mindset and will be responsible for processing tasks, data validation and managing multiple inboxes, liaising with internal and external customers.

You are a highly motivated self-starter, professional in your approach with great communication skills.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Validation of new contracts sold, ensuring pricing and inclusions are in line with company policies and service offerings.
  • Analysis of completed service work to valid charges, parts used and data update requirements.
  • Processing of stand-alone non-contract invoicing
  • Processing of contract invoicing
  • Respond to contract enquiries in a timely manner with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction and strengthening customer relationships
  • Liaise with key stakeholders including sales and finance departments to minimize contract churn.

Skills & experience

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel
  • Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders and work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills and and experience in area based team diary management
