About this role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Executive Assistant to join our vibrant and enthusiastic group based in Perth. You will be proactively providing commercial and confidential personal administrative support to the Geography Leader. You will collaborate with other EA’s and BA’s locally and globally and attain great exposure to the design/engineering/construction industry.

What will I do?

Coordinate and prepare executive leadership reports relating to commercial or operational group performance and strategic progress.

Creative time and diary management, including flexibility in adjusting schedules to meet priority situations.

Arranging international and domestic travel in line with Arup’s policies and procedures.

Liaison with key personnel/others within the region to ensure timely delivery of information to meet internal and external (client) deadlines and priorities.

Planning and arranging meetings, including follow-up with expected attendees to ensure adequate preparation, and ensuring agenda and minutes are correctly prepared.

What will I bring?

4+ years industry experience with high level PA/ EA/ Administration support in a professional services environment.

Foundational awareness of health and safety best practice. Able to identify HSE risks, breaches or specific needs and follow internal processes to rectify.

Good understanding of processes, guidelines and job instructions, with some knowledge on of nuances and ambiguities

Ability to multitask, balance demands, taking responsibility for tasks and delivering appropriate solutions.
