Shared Services HR delivers transactional and advisory services on pay and leave conditions. There is a significant work volume of work as NSW Education is one of the biggest agencies.

About the role

Leads a team in delivery of services including specialist advice.

Involved in process redesign with a customer focus.

Is part of the centre Leadership Team.

Essential requirements of the role

Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology or a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated successful experience in stakeholder/customer engagement in a Shared Services/Contact Centre environment.

Expertise across a range of HR functions.

Knowledge of and commitment to the Department’s Aboriginal Education and Training policies.

Key knowledge and experience

Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s and upholding the and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

You will be highly motivated with self-drive. Have a strong resilience to push through difficult times. Need a capacity to assess problems and develop solutions. Work with the leadership team to shape the culture.
