  • About the role

    We are seeking a proactive and energetic Recruitment Consultant to join our National team, based in Southbank. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager you will work alongside a collaborative and dynamic team to support our services across Calvary. 

    What you’ll do:

    Coordinating the end to end talent acquisition process across all roles within your designated portfolio as well as working on and participating in talent acquisition projects and continuous improvement activities. Your role will be responsible for enhancing the recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers as well as coordinating the use and engagement of Recruitment Agencies for temporary staff.

    As the Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for upholding best practice for talent acquisition and ensuring compliance and recruitment policy and legislation while ensuring Calvary attracts and selects the highest quality employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline for future recruitment both internal and external.

    What you bring  

  • Experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an end to end internal recruitment role including high volume recruitment experience
  • Qualifications in Human Resources or related field; or related experience
  • A perceptiveness for screening candidates again position descriptions and vacancy briefs
  • Sound organisational, communicative and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities;
  • Strong initiative, with a proactive attitude to sourcing and thinking outside the box on attracting candidates;
  • Team player with the ability to develop and maintain effective high level working relationships across a diverse range of key internal and external stakeholders;
  • Understanding of behavioural interviewing principles;
