Job Description

Compare Club is rapidly growing making this a busy and dynamic role. Embedded in all the businesses, recruitment is a critical part of the growth plan. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, key responsibilities will include;

  • End to end recruitment from brief to offer including but not limited to managing advertising, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, reference checking and onboarding
  • Real blend of volume sales roles and niche roles and everything in between
  • Business partner with line managers and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process
  • Assess and outsource specific roles including managing agency relationships and negotiating terms
  • Provide employment market updates to the stakeholder and review talent trends
  • Be an active part of ongoing projects to maximise talent attraction, with lots of scope and support to innovate and optimise the recruitment function
  • Developing talent pipelines
  • Ad hoc project work

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have a strong track record with end to end recruitment and possess;

  • Previous experience managing high volume and/or niche recruitment processes
  • Experience utilising LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Premium Talent Search products to proactively source candidates
  • Demonstrated experience building strong relationships with key stakeholders and providing advice
  • Demonstrated experience innovating internal recruitment systems and processes
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise
