The Talent Acquisition team at Versent is vibrant, obsessed with innovating and always focused on providing a great candidate experience. We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter who thrives on getting creative about finding awesome talent to join our team!
About the role:
True, end to end and TA partnering role providing a brilliant experience for every candidate from application stage, interview, assessment, to closing the candidate to offer
You get to define the best recruitment method that fits the need. Not all talent attraction processes are the same.
Maintain talent pipelines to ensure we have the skill, capability and diversity including diversity of thought in all that we do.
We work together across practises, but this role will concentrate on sourcing Talent for: DevOps, Data & Cloud Engineering. Collaboration is essential.
Our Stakeholders see the value in Internal Talent Acquisition and rely on us to partner with them and be the experts, they are engaged, co-operative and inclusive.
About you:
Experience in technical (IT, software, digital) recruiting experience either in-house or agency
Prior experience in a full-lifecycle, research, or pure sourcing role
Strong understanding of the competitive landscape today for the software market
Inquisitive. You take great briefs, agree process, and consult on the best way to achieve great outcomes
Social media savvy and a brand builder. You know how to find candidates outside of traditional methods
Relationship builder. Not just with stakeholders but externally with active and passive candidates
Fast paced. Our workload is realistic, but we are growing, and it can be hectic, you know how to re-prioritise whilst remaining empathetic and focused
Authenticity, resilience, and the ability to learn from failure will be key to your success
