This opportunity

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Base Management, the Digital Marketing Manager will lead all aspect of digital marketing including planning, strategy, channel execution and detailed reporting. The role will also own the marketing automation platform and its delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead our digital marketing programs at a strategic and tactical level with end-to-end accountability for digital presence of our brand, products and campaigns

Develop digital marketing plans in consultation with various stakeholders to achieve business outcomes and departmental KPIs

Plan digital strategies to drive customer acquisition, deliver campaign success and maximum ROI

Oversee optimal utilization of our marketing automation platform – Pardot and ensure lead journeys are delivering best possible outcomes

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Leverage the power of SEO and SEM to get demand gen, awareness and other outcomes for our business

Use insights from Google Analytics and other tools to make informed decisions around content, campaign, and investment.

Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Report on campaign performance, channels and audiences reached with advanced analytics

Knowledge and experience

7+ years of experience in the digital marketing world with at least 2+ years’ experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies with a leading agency or brand

Excellent knowledge of various digital marketing channels

Excellent knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices

Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and marketing automation software

Telecom / technology experience would be preferred

Analytical mind, critical thinker, and excellent problem-solving skills

Able to work as part of a team

Good time-management skills

Great interpersonal and communication skills
