About the Early Childhood Outcomes Division 
The Early Childhood Outcomes Division leads the delivery of the Early Years Commitment program, including comprehensive investments in the critical first 5 years of life for every child – in child development and in early education and care, making investments that support families and the community now, as well as investing in long term reforms for the future. Key initiatives will include supporting families with young children to access the services they need to support their own prosperity and wellbeing; valuing and growing the early childhood education and care sector and investing in early childhood teachers and educators.

About Universal Pre-Kindergarten
The Universal Pre-Kindergarten Design and Delivery teams are focused on designing and delivering a new universal pre-Kindergarten year in the year before primary school, for every child by the end of the decade. These teams are made up of practitioners, service designers, project managers and policy makers who are putting the needs of families, children and the sector at the centre of the design and delivery of new universal pre-Kindergarten year. We want to ensure all children, families and communities in NSW experience the pre-Kindergarten year as a shared, life-changing start to their education journey. 

About You
• Strong data analytical skills and the ability to interpret and communicate this data.
• A commitment to ethical uses of data, including an understanding of privacy, data governance and data sovereignty
• Have strong written and presentation skills
• Be a result driven individual who thrives on providing the desired outcomes

Essential requirements of the role
• A valid Working with Children Check for paid employment.
