Warehouse Storeperson

:

Works in a warehouse environment under various temperatures including room temperature, cold-room, and/or freezer-room

Unloading vehicles, opening packages and removing contents

Labelling goods with details of storage location

Picking goods for customer orders

Packing and sealing boxes

Operate equipment in a safe manner

Housekeeping, all work areas to be kept clean and tidy.

Minimum Requirement:

Entry level role with preferred 1-2 years working in a warehouse environment

Experience:

Preferred warehousing experience and the ability to bring a keen focus on occupational health and safety, productivity & throughput, quality and continuous improvement

Experience operating powered equipment at various height preferred

Experience using ERPs preferred

Skills:

Basic Microsoft Suite

Ability to consistently and independently follow policies and procedures, instructions, and to meet schedules required.

Strong communication skills

Able to collaborate and work with others
