THE POSITION

Wilson Security seeks confident and driven Concierge Officers!
We currently seek multiple Security Guards who thrive in providing the best possible service across our well-known corporate sites.

You must be professionally presented and importantly, be flexible across 24-7 rosters.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Reception/Concierge duties
• Access control 
• CCTV monitoring
• Reception duties
• Meeting and greeting contractors and clients
• Respond and prepare well-written detailed reports and emails
• Monitor and respond to internal and external alarms
• Interact with key stakeholders including building management, emergency services, client representatives and security officers via phone, radio and intercom systems
• Take control in day-to-day and emergency situations
• Assist and provide support to the wider team with customer service and administrative tasks as required or as directed by the site supervisor / manager

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Current QLD Security License
• Certificate in Security Operations
• Current QLD drivers licence and a reliable vehicle
• Current First Aid Certificate 
• A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and a “can-do” attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent computer literacy 
• Strong time-management, organisational skills and attention to detail
