The Role

As the Senior Sous Chef, you will be an essential part of the kitchen team. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will play a pivotal role in running service smoothly, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standard. You will also be responsible for ordering, stock control, and maintaining food health and safety practices.

In addition, you will use your experience and skills to train and mentor junior chefs, guiding them towards excellence and helping to maintain a high food standard. With your passion for cooking and leadership, you will help to create a positive and productive working environment, where teamwork and collaboration are valued.
