About the role
Working as an Aboriginal Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll be responsible for coordination of recruitment activities and working with the Aboriginal employment team to design and deliver a case management service to our hiring managers. You will manage recruitment activity and assist in attracting the very best talent to TAFE NSW. The role provides the opportunity to work across both the Aboriginal Employment Team and the Talent Acquisition Team where you will have full support, coaching and development to be successful in your new role.

About you
A proactive recruitment professional with experience in delivering successful outcomes to your stakeholders, you will bring your ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders across different business units, and will be known for your passion to deliver service excellence. You possess a can-do attitude and you strive for individual and overall team success within a high performing culture.
