About the Role
Working closely with the Human Resources Manager and the broader P&C Team, the HR Business Partner will focus on partnering with key leadership teams across the operations and corporate functions to deliver key people strategies and initiatives within the business. The role will closely engage with operations leadership teams and corporate business to ensure organizational goals are achieved, build individual performance, manage risk and the delivery of long term people plans that support business growth.This role will look after a multisite portfolio, and there will be regular travel involved.

Key focuses are:

  • Build strong working relationships based on credibility and open communication to enable the provision of commercial, timely and accurate advice to stakeholders;
  • Lead, coach and motivate others in the development of robust and innovative approaches to build ownership and engagement at all levels;
  • Provide comprehensive industrial and employee relations advice and services to effectively manage employee relations matters;
  • Build talent and succession pipelines, development, and implementation of HR initiatives across the employee value proposition.

About You
A well-rounded HR Generalist with a strength in employee & industrial relations, you are spirited and outcomes focused with experience in leading within heavily regulated and dynamic environments. You’ll have a passion for building and enabling with a natural constructive, coaching style.

In addition, you will be:

  • Action-oriented and results focused;
  • Proactive with a desire to learn and take on new challenges;
  • Collaborative, with a strong focus on internal customer service in building relationships and providing advice;
  • A relevant Tertiary qualification.
