We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner that is focused on meeting our workforce requirements and growth projections by identifying and attracting top talent to our organisation. In the role, the successful candidate must be resourceful and extremely motivated to head-hunt talent to fill our roles. You will work closely with our Head of People & Culture and other People Leaders to develop and executive effective recruitment and candidate engagement strategies.

As our Talent Acquisition Business Partner, here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with CT’s workforce requirements and growth projections.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment plans that meet their requirements.
  • Identify, source and attract top talent using various sourcing channels including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications and experience required for the role.
  • Facilitate the interview process, including scheduling, coordinating and conducting interviews.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for CT by promoting our culture and values to potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners, universities and other talent acquisition channels.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment practices and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

The role is based at our vibrant head office in Coburg and is a full-time permanent position.

Requirements

Here’s what you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, desirable but not essential.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
