About the Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Sales Assistant to join the Sheridan team at our Fyshwick Outlet Store.   

This is a Part Time role requiring to work 17.5 Hours per week.

Duties

  • Providing an exceptional customer experience, through authentic and meaningful interactions with our Sheridan customers
  • Selling a premium product highlighting features and benefits
  • Ensuring all stock is merchandised to a high standard
  • Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards
  • Achieving sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals and brand inspiration

Skills + Experience

  • Previous customer service experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to engage with customers and built rapport quickly, always with a smile
  • Experience working to KPIs and striving to reach budgets
  • A positive attitude, with a strong sense of initiative
