What will you do

• Work across all Food & Beverage outlets particularly Conference & Events
• Ensure that the Food & Beverage team deliver exceptional & professional guest service at all times
• Work with all departments to ensure that service times are adhered to
• Familiarise the team with VIPs and regular guests to ensure that their requests are met
• Complete and maintain procedures for stock control, breakages and ensure equipment is in sound working condition
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with Food Safety regulations

What you need to be successful

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
• Ability to supervise and lead a team to achieve excellent & efficient service
• Outstanding time management and organisational skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of rostering and the relevant award
• Hands on approach
