About Collar Group & Our culture.
Collar Group has been established in the Australian market for nearly two years, in that time we have grown two 6 + offices and have over 70 + consultants nationally.
We have recently hired two new staff in our medical division and seeking another two more due to growth and securing two national contracts. 

We have exclusive national contracts in Aged care and medical across, both permanent and contract assignments – working on some of Australia’s largest medical contracts we can offer long term career , healthy career with great bonuses & company perks I.E free mental health programs, WFH, 6 weeks annual leave + weekends away!
We are looking for strong talent to run 360 or 180 desks.

Due to growth, we are seeking experienced consultants to manage the below portfolios.

• White collar perm
• White Collar Contracting
• Nursing Perm 
• Aged Care Perm 

Day-to-day duties but not limited to.

• Interviewing candidates
• Database management
• Reverse marketing
• Sales and marketing
• Business development
• Client visits
• Compliance and taking candidates’ information

  
Selection Criteria.

• Two years of recruitment experience
• Strong understanding of white-collar and permanent recruitment
• Two recent references
• Strong time management
