The role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised HR Administrator to join our busy team!

Reporting to one of our HR Advisors, you will support Operations across Australia across a range of HR/People and Culture work programs

You’ll be working collaboratively with colleagues across People & Culture and Operations to ensure employees and managers have a great HR experience at Cater Care

This is an excellent opportunity to get a start in HR for a recent graduate or an experienced HR person seeking Part Time employment. This part time role is working 20 hours a week across Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. and for anyone seeking to get started in HR or an experienced person seeking Part Time employment.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordination of HR administration including creation of employment contracts, processing compliance requirements (e.g. Working with Children, Police Checks), updating HR systems and resolving HR operational queries.
• Assisting with queries via email and telephone from leaders and employees
• Working with key stakeholders to onboard new team members
• Contribute to improvement initiatives to improve efficiency of HR services
• Maintaining and updating HR systems and databases
• Working on other ad hoc HR projects and general HR administration

You will be:

• Experienced in working in a corporate or office administration environment, ideally within HR or a related sector
• A great team player who enjoys collaborating to achieve outcomes for all employees
• An excellent verbal and written communicator
• Focused on attention to detail; especially noticing and quickly correcting errors
• Experienced with Google Workspace
