This role is a temporary position to start on the ASAP for three months with the possibility of extension. The hours will be – 5pm (Some Flexibility), working Monday to Friday, and the he role will be based in Heidelberg, and you will be required in the office 4 days a week and one day working from home. The client is based right opposite Heidelberg Station. The role is paying $50-$55 per hour + super.

A great opportunity is on offer for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high level support to the Corporate Service Director. You will provide high level secretarial, administrative and events support and be able to demonstrate previous experience assisting Senior Executives.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a complex diary with competing priorities.
  • Screen incoming calls and respond accordingly in a professional manner.
  • Preparation of high-level documents including proposals, reports, briefing papers and presentations
  • Preparation of agendas, minutes and papers as required.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of events, forums and workshops.
  • Coordination of all travel and accommodation arrangements
  • This role would suit a highly experienced, resilient, poised, and polished Assistant. Accustomed to working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment you will be required to juggle and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines. You will be the master planner who remains calm under pressure, a forward thinker who can demonstrate assertiveness where required who is highly organised with an exceptional eye for detail and strong time management skills.

    To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Experience in SharePoint would be favourable.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to exercise clear judgement.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders internal and external.
  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information exercising discretion.
  • Exceptional time management & organisational skills
  • An understanding of large and complex organisations & organisational structures
