The Role & The Team

Join a high performing Talent Acquisition team as we continue to focus on delivering highly valued recruitment solutions to a diverse range of stakeholders. When you join our passionate and diligent team you will bring a continuous improvement mindset and work with the team to identify areas for efficiency and value add services, you’ll be able to draw on your previous experience as a trusted adviser in a fast-paced volume/bulk Talent Acquisition environment to contribute strong coordination support.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will manage end to end volume recruitment across our Air Traffic Control and or Aviation Rescue Fire Fighting operations with the support of Coordinators, which will involve.

  • Facilitate volume recruitment initiatives and manage end-to-end recruitment services to support volume recruitment programs.
  • Take part in refining, implementation, training of volume recruitment strategy.
  • Build and maintain a calendar and related activity to ensure operational recruitment requirements are delivered on time and with diverse hiring of applicants.
  • Execute diverse suite of
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as business managers, people and culture teams, physical testing providers, psychometric testing suppliers and other related industry networks.
  • Coaching business managers through best practice recruitment processes, candidate care initiatives, quality recruitment and proudly promoting our diversity initiatives.
  • Achieve and maintain high candidate service levels and coach Coordinators through best practice candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain a commercial knowledge of business issues, recruitment and market trends as well as expertise to make sound recruitment recommendations to meet business needs.
  • Provide candidate care for identified talent pools (internal and external) and candidates for future campaigns.
  • Identification of additional sourcing channels and career fair opportunities with a diversity lens
  • Attend, travel and champion careers fairs, talent pooling opportunities, assessment centres and physical assessment activities. 
  • Execute and support the facilitation of a large suite of assessment testing packages and requirements

 

The Person

  • Demonstrated experience as a trusted advisor in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition environment, ideally within a bulk or volume function.  
  • Experience in facilitating assessment centres & volume recruitment activities would be preferred
  • A can-do attitude where you are solution focused and embrace change.
  • Experience using Page Up is highly desirable, however if you are tech savvy your experience with others ATSs will be transferrable.
  • A passion for ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to identify additional information required or questions to ask to obtain missing information to ensure governance of recruitment processes.
  • The ability to come up with innovative hiring solutions, identifying opportunities to attract suitable applicants and engage them throughout the process.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders at all levels with open communication.
  • A working style where you pre-empt questions or challenges and suggest solutions.
