Our LEGO/Kaboom combi store at Cairns Airport offers an incredible range of exclusive LEGO products as well as a variety of children’s toy concepts and ranges. This is the perfect opportunity for the fun-loving kid at heart!

Position: Full-Time Team Leader (38 hours per week)

Your role as Team Leader will be to support the Store Manager with the daily operations of the store and lead your team by example to deliver an exceptional sales experience to our customers.

About you:

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Share our passion for providing a great customer service experience 
• Excellent communication skills and personal presentation
• Have a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering results
• Experience leading and mentoring a retail team 
• Help reach store targets and maximize sales
• Supporting the Store Manager with operations
• Champion maturity, initiative, and a sense of urgency

As we operate in a dynamic airport environment where our stores are constantly trading, the ability to work a rotating roster incorporating early mornings, late nights, and weekends is essential.
