What’s in it for you:

As a Field Team Leader, you will be a part of the leadership team responsible for managing and leading our team of assessors. You will be providing experienced guidance, assistance, and leadership by example to interviewers, including some supervision and limited practical field training, and interview monitoring.

What we’re looking for:

  • An excellent communicator with strong leadership skills
  • Adaptability to work in dynamic environments and across various field research programs
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office
  • Minimum availability of three days per week (weekends inclusive) and flexibility to work early morning shifts or late afternoon shifts
  • Adaptability to work in dynamic environments and across various field research programs
  • A strong interest in the data collection process and adherence to data integrity
  • Experience in market research will be highly regarded but not essential
  • Eligibility to work in Australia (International students/WHV holders welcome)
  • Demonstrated fluency in spoken and written English – excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling is required
