  • Salary: PO3 – $98,313 – $103,936 p.a. / RN3 – $117,997 – $123,272 p.a. / ASO6 – $95,588 – $101,109 p.a. – Full-Time Temporary up to 12 months

About You:

If you have proven management in the delivery of specialised business and administrative support functions, projects and research activities, including contributing to the delivery of planning, policy, reporting and quality management processes, and possess sound experience in supporting or coordinating business or clinical functions within a medical research/pharmaceutical/hospital/paramedical, or other related environment, including managing associated projects and activities that ensure successful outcomes are achieved, then this role could be for you.

About the Role:

As the Clinical Trials Manager, you will effectively manage the assigned human, financial and physical assets within the unit, including ensuring that clinical research is cost effective by planning and identifying resources, and analysing and reporting on internal and external costs, resource utilisation and performance data.

In this role you will implement sound financial management of Clinical Trials Cost Centres to ensure appropriate and accountable financial management practices and ensuring collection and distribution of appropriates fees. Continuous analysation of the clinical trial environment and making recommendations to enhance productivity efficiency and quality is a key component of this role.

To be eligible for this position at RN3 classification, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.

To be eligible for this position at ASO6 classification, you must hold an appropriate degree in Science, Health Science, Allied Health, Nursing or other related discipline from an accredited college or university.

To be eligible for this role at PO3 classification, it is desirable that you have completed a tertiary qualification that may include a degree in Science, Health Science, Allied Health, Nursing or other related discipline from an accredited college or university.

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
