  • Monitor stock and kitchen supplies
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and Food & Beverage service teams

  • Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a diverse team
  • Certificate in Commercial Cookery Level 4 or above or equivalent
  • Proven experience in leading, training and developing teams
  • French training and fine dining experience are an asset
  • A true love and passion for food and creating genuine memorable guest experiences
  • Full Australian working rights

What is in it for you:

  • Employee benefit card offering discounted accommodation and food & beverage rates across Accor properties worldwide
  • Family & Friends accommodation discounts
  • Learning programs through our Academies and the opportunity to earn qualifications while you work
  • Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world
  • Ability to make a difference in the local community through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities

If this role sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!

Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people are strongly encouraged to apply.
