This position will have you working over a number of sections to ensure all meals are cooked to perfection and served in a timely manner. 

About the Role:

• Experience in Western and Asian Cuisine is desirable
• Experience in Hotels or a similar environment is preferred 
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to maintain high and consistent standards
• Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
• Ability to work across a rotating 24/7 roster including weekends and public holidays 
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
