Requirements

Due to an internal promotion, an exciting permanent opportunity has become available for a People and OD Advisor to join our team in Melbourne. As an advisor you will be providing accurate and timely HR advice; as well as provide support and consultancy services to managers and employees in the delivery of operational objectives.

This role will be supporting our BPO which is Fines Victoria. Having experience in a similar environment will see you thrive in this role. If you’re an advisor who is passionate about people this role will offer exposure to support a wide range of stake holders from contact centre staff to our developers in our tech team.

This role is a hybrid working from home and our office in William Street in the CBD.

Your experience/skills

Working with our teams, leaders and employees, your experience in interpreting policy and/or EBA T&C’s will be beneficial in ensuring your stakeholders are well supported. Qualifications in HR at a certificate or diploma level is required to be able to address employee requests, escalated inquiries and potential issues such as grievous management.
As this role will require you to be well adept at EBA implementation and some exposure to negotiation, experience or exposure to this in your current or previous role is a must.
If you do have experience working in a contact centre environment, that is desirable, however, not essential.
