Due to significant and sustained growth coupled with a deep pipeline of work within the Government, Health, and Infrastructure Consulting business, we are continuing the investment and focussed drive, across various offices including Melbourne and Sydney.

As a Manager / Senior Manager in our Technology & Digital Advisory team, you’ll help our clients in Government and Public Sector create value through digital and technology and spearhead digital transformations. Your impact will be seen by:

• Digital & Technology Strategy: Helping organisations understand what digital means for their businesses from customer experience, operations and business model perspectives, and translating that into practical digital and technology strategies

• Technology Platform Architecture: Developing vendor agnostic technology platform blueprints and assisting technology leaders in making the right technology choices based on their unique needs

• Operating Model: Designing digital and technology function operating models to deliver changes at the digital pace, transform cultures and facilitate the adoption of contemporary principles and practices 

• Cloud Transformation: Shaping cloud transformation agenda, above and beyond traditional cloud migration through higher-order cloud services (e.g. cloud-native data platforms, machine learning services, serverless solutions) 

About you

You’re passionate about being at the forefront of change, and ready to help our Consulting team deliver market leading and practical advice that speaks straight to the heart of client business issues and deliver innovative results and longstanding community impacts.

You are flexible and a self-starter. Most importantly, you act with integrity and show care for the people you work with.

We are searching for professionals, ideally with a background in Consulting, at various levels of experience with skills and importantly, a passion for one or more of the following areas:

• Technology strategy and advisory experience, with proven delivery excellence.

• Deep experience of trends, relevant technologies and delivered projects.

• Experience working in a consulting environment (internal/external) or in an organisation with a technology advisory remit.

• Successful experience in leading projects, with only partner supervision and can help grow relationships and gain extensions through identifying broader value propositions for clients.

• Excellent structured problem solving skills, and communication and presentation abilities.

• Collaborative mindset and ability to shape and deliver client solutions jointly with other PwC capabilities.

Due to the growth focus in the Government, Health, and Infrastructure Consulting business, it would be highly advantageous to possess Consulting experience in either of those arenas.
