Job Responsibilities

• Supporting the cluster Head of HR to implement the HR strategy at the local level and ensuring the global HR calendar of activities is achieved within timelines. 
• Responsible to deploy global HR projects to the relevant region with focus on employee’s engagement, talent management, career development, learning & development, performance management etc. 
• Performing a range of HR processes, from onboarding to offboarding, which promotes a positive and consistent employee experience 
• Managing recruitment process including candidates selection, interview arrangement and HR interview, offer proposal discussion with business, etc. 
• Managing employees’ lifecycle queries, preparing the necessary documents starting from hiring, job changes, until termination of individual labor contract – execution of the entire process in compliance with local laws and company’s policies and standards.
• Managing the international mobility processes (visa etc) 
• Coordinating full payroll process including collection, processing, and verification of payroll data, working together with internal and external contributors. 
• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; occupational health and safety; training and development.
• Responsible for maintaining the employee database in the system and all employees’ records and personnel files. 
• Providing effective first level advice and guidance to managers and colleagues in relation to any concerns, to support colleagues & managers and maintain governance frameworks 
• Effective and regular communication and engagement activities to maintain a positive colleague experience. 
• Act as first point of contact with local labor Authorities 
• Preparing employee and workforce reports: any standard or non-standard HR report needed internally or externally, or any ad-hoc business cases requested. 

What we are looking for

• Fluency in English
• Good computer skills (Excel, SAP/Success Factor is a plus)
• Experience as HR Generalist of at least 4-5 years
• Exposure to multinational environment
• Good knowledge of HR operations process, from hire to retire 
• Ideally experience in career development projects
• Customer oriented, positive attitude and proactive
• Ability to work independently with minor supervision
• Availability for occasionally travel (10 – 15 % working time)
• Strong ethics and responsibility
