Seafolly are looking for our NEXT Store Manager in our Pacific Fair store.

About the role:
Attention all beach-loving, fashion-savvy leaders! Seafolly Australia is on the lookout for an energetic and enthusiastic Store Manager in Training based at our Pacific Fair store. 
You will be the face of Seafolly at one of our most iconic stores and responsible for creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere for our customers and team. 
As a Store Manager In Training at Seafolly, you will be a fashionable, positive aspiring leader who’s focus is on creating customer experiences to empower women to feel confident at the beach, whilst fostering an inclusive and fun working environment for your team.
If you’re a self-starter with a passion for all things retail and love soaking up the sun, this is the perfect role for you!

You will:
 

  • Learn to lead and motivate a team to exceed sales goals through a positive selling culture
  • Deliver and recieve training on a regular basis to develop your team on exceptional customer service and styling
  • Ensure your store always represents and meets the Seafolly Visual Merchandising standards
  • Complete operational tasks such as rostering, security, stock and financial management
  • Provide an unforgettable experience and always be willing to go the extra mile to make your customers feel empowered and confident at the beach
  • Mentor & motivate your team to personally embrace the lifestyle and brand to make Seafolly be the most loved Australian swimwear brand
  • You have:

  • Have previous experience in the fashion retail industry, desirably within a Store Management, Assistant Store Management or Supervisor role is ideal
  • Previous experience in leading and managing a team of any size other types of industries is also encouraged
  • Have a proactive & enthusiastic approach to lead your team to success
  • Show exceptional people skills and a positive attitude
  • Have a love of collaborative teamwork and growing yourself and your team
