About the client:

About the role:

This is a newly created site-based role that will assist the Facility Manager with overseeing the operations of the site, as well as providing guidance and management to 5-10 direct reports. Additional duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Contribution to the operations team driving collaboration whilst promoting Customer Service and Community Relations.
  • Manage staff rosters.
  • Coordinate meetings and group performance strategies.
  • Consultation and liaison with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage the health and safety of staff and customers, e.g. reporting hazards and incidents.
  • Assist with shift related duties. 
  • Administration and data entry. 

The successful candidate will be able to work in a busy environment with a strong customer service background and exceptional relationship building ability. They will have an overall great attitude, be motivated to lead a team and build and maintain positive relationships.
