Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large company in the Kalgoorlie area on a permanent basis. 
 

  • Permanent position 
  • Located in Kalgoorlie 
  • Applicants must be residents of the Kalgoorlie area
  • Full time hours
  • 5/2 roster

Key responsibilities:

  • Organising workflow to make sure the team duties or delegated tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Monitoring site business support employee performance and providing constructive feedback and arranging training for new staff
  • Coordinating site personnel mobilisation, access, transport, flights and accommodation
  • Collaborating with site management team to ensure alignment of administrative support and processes on a regular basis
  • Providing assistance to the contracts team and document control
  • Ensuring compliance of all internal reporting requirements including HSE, payroll and financial
  • Supervising attendance, leave requests and timesheets and assisting with payroll queries as required
  • Coordinating the management, assignment, and assistance for the site business support

 
 
Experience:

  • Certification in Business Administration or similar qualification (desirable)
  • Current unrestricted “C” Class Manual Western Australian Drivers License
  • Proven experience in a Site Administrator role
  • High level of efficiency and organisation skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and MS Suite
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
