Our client is looking for an experienced and driven Assistant Cafe Manager to help lead their team at their Gosnells cafe. You will be the driving force behind sales, training and customer engagement. To be considered for these roles, candidates must have:

• Previous experience working in a fast paced, busy, café / restaurant environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Sound knowledge of all front of house duties
• Experience with writing rosters preferred
• Ability to manage staff shifts and breaks
• Great customer service and a can-do attitude is essential
• Fabulous coffee making skills!
• Exposure to coding of invoices and knowledge of POS/ till systems
• Eager to learn and willing to commit to 4 weeks paid training prior to start date
• You MUST have full availability across a fortnightly roster where shifts will be equally shared between the hours of 5:30am opens and 9pm closes. With every fourth weekend off.
