Job Description

As the appointee you will, under minimal direction, provide high level executive and administrative support to the Head of Division (Rural Clinical School), take a lead role in the maintenance of the office systems, policies and procedures to ensure its efficient operation and use expertise to recommend and implement new office policies and procedures.

To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent competency
  • Substantial relevant executive administrative experience at an appropriate level
  • Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email
  • Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, show initiative and lead and work productively as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to carry out research and write reports
