Council has created exciting opportunities for three part time administration officers, with two roles to work within the Cummins office and one within the Port Lincoln Branch Office. The successful applicants will have a positive and friendly demeanor and great attention to detail to assist in customer service and general administrative duties. ADMINISTRATION OFFICER – WORKS Working from the Cummins office, 22 hours per fortnight (9am to 3pm, Thursdays and Fridays), this position is a job share role which will assist in customer service and general administrative duties within Council and the works department. ADMINISTRATION OFFICER – DEVELOPMENT (12 Month Maternity Leave) A rare opportunity to learn about development within a local Council, this position is based at the Port Lincoln Branch office, working 48 hours per fortnight (8:30am to 5pm, Monday – Wednesday) undertaking customer service and general administrative duties within the development department. ADMINISTRATION OFFICER CORPORATE SERVICES Council has created an exciting opportunity for an administration officer to work within the Cummins office 22 hours per fortnight (9am to 3pm, 2 days per week), assisting in the corporate services department with customer service and administration. Renumeration for the above roles is provided at Level 3 under Council’s Enterprise Bargaining Agreement, currently ranging from $32.92 p/h to $34.95 p/h.
