The Role
We have an opportunity to join our Front Office team as a Front Office/ Service One Supervisor. The Front Office supervisor will be overseeing the Service one operations and mentoring including daily communications, handovers, and shift monitoring on the front desk.

- Experience in Opera
- Eloquent communication skills both written and skills
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Flexibility with working hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Immaculate personal presentation and grooming, suited to a 5-star hotel environment
