Kirinari has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resource Generalist with a strong skill set in Employee Relations to join our high performing Human Resources team.   

Kirinari is a dynamic, expanding provider that delivers high quality services in NSW, Victoria and Tasmania. Our business is growing at a rapid rate providing services to National Disability Insurance Scheme, MyAged Care, Dept Veterans Affairs, and Dept Communities and Justice funded customers. We employ over 1300 staff and provide a fun and proactive team environment with significant job satisfaction.

This position is a full-time permanent position that will commence as soon as practicable.

About the Role

  • Undertake workplace investigations compliant with legislative requirements
  • Coach and support Leaders through the Employee Relations process
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development, Compliance and Rostering to optimise business efficiencies
  • Utilise HR systems to ensure that employee information is up to date and confidential
  • Promote HR strategies to promote and efficient and conflict-free work place
  • Work with teams to deliver operationally focused outcomes that support our staff and customers
  • Work collaboratively with the broader HR team on other projects and initiatives as required

About You

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A qualification in Human Resources is highly regarded
  • Demonstrated experience managing employee performance
  • Willing to contribute to other areas in the HR scope
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build a strong rapport with internal and external stake holders
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to lead and influence others
  • Strong skills in negotiation and conflict resolution
