Our Robotics & Software Engineering Intern roles are open in SA-Tonsley in the Maritime Research & Technology team. The below disciplines will be considered for these roles:

  • Electronics
  • Mechanical
  • Robotics
  • Software
  • Systems
  • Biomedical (Electronics or Mechanical Stream)

To be eligible to apply, you must be in your penultimate year of study, and studying a degree level qualification in a relevant field.

About you:
We are looking for candidates that have the following skills:

  • Show behaviours that demonstrate integrity, respect and honesty
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm to grow and develop in your chosen field
  • Have initiative to problem solve and be proactive in engaging in the tasks of your role
  • Be able to use the knowledge and technical skills you have gained from your studies, while building on them over the 20 weeks.

    As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate clearance.

    International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable and as such, your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role.
