About the Role
We are looking for someone to take ownership of our digital presence, using new and existing channels to support campaign objectives, optimise lead generation strategy and build awareness of BJSS’ services.
You will have day-to-day responsibility for the management of both paid media and SEM, while also taking ownership of our organic social channels and their output.
In this role you will:
Lead the digital strategy across a portfolio of service & industry campaigns, working with Campaign Managers to establish how best to achieve revenue objectives Manage agency & account relationships to identify and maximise lead generation opportunities for existing campaigns & content Develop paid search & paid social strategies, leveraging the full capabilities of available channels Analyse the performance of campaign and BAU activity against KPIs Manage and maintain the BJSS website by undertaking regular site audits and providing appropriate governance over new content Continuoisly improve and optimise the site Work with both the content team and external agencies to progress SEO & keyword strategies Oversee the day-to-day output across BJSS social channels, managing stakeholder expectations and content output across LinkedIn, as well as Twitter, Facebook & Instagram, while ensuring that this is brand compliant. About You
You’ll need to demonstrate these attributes:
Strong understanding and experience of working with PPC & paid social channels, particularly Google Ads & LinkedIn Knowledge of on-page and technical SEO principles Excellent analytical & reporting skills, with the ability to identify performance issues and how to rectify these; familiarity with tools including, but not limited to, Google Analytics, Google Search Console & SEM Rush Confidence in dealing with internal and external project stakeholders, and an ability to effectively communicate relevant information The ability to create ad & social copy to a high level of written English These attributes are advantageous:
Previous experience using HubSpot as a CMS Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4
