We are looking for YOU to join us as our new Store Manager!

You will be managing and leading your team across all aspects of the store to maximise store results in sales, customer experience, wages, stock loss and store presentation. As a mentor and coach, you will love supporting and driving your team and guiding them in their individual development and growth.

You will be working closely with your Business Manager who is committed to your ongoing learning and development and providing you with in-store guidance and support. You will also have exposure to our comprehensive Management Development Program that will take you through all aspects of running your own store to support your development.

What will your day look like?

• Manage all aspects of the store to maximise sales results and customer experience
• Motivate, coach and develop the team
• Act as a mentor, coach and role model within the store environment
• Create an atmosphere of trust, confidence and respect within the store environment
• Identifying opportunities to drive and increase sales
• Creating an exceptional customer experience and providing up-to-the-minute styling advice
• Manage new stock deliveries and merchandise the store
• All administrative and tasks for your store including payroll and effective rostering
