Entry Level Strata Assistant – Mascot Area

Our Clients office is in the heart of Mascot and seeking a Strata Assistant to join their successful team. They are committed to looking at and improving every aspect of the Strata Management service. This is a great opportunity to join a team of professional, experienced, qualified and friendly strata managers. Headed up by an amazing director who is known for their great rapport with both staff and Clients!

The Role:

Working Monday to Friday, you will be supporting a Senior Strata Manager. Day to day your duties as a Strata Assistant will include:

Being the first point of contact for all Executive Committees, Owners & Tenants

Liaising with Owners Corporation as required

Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required

Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings

Risk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurance checks and quotations)

Issuing Keys to contractors, owners & tenants

The Candidate:

Ideally have Real Estate or Strata experience or happy to consider people with administration experience in any industry 

Well versed with StrataMaster is a plus – however not essential

Have a Certificate of Registration OR willing to obtain 

Excellent communicator – both written & verbal

Strong administration skills
