Job Description

(HE04) $66,260 to $72,627 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Fixed term, part time position available until 31st December 2024.

This is a part time position (0.8) which is based in Port Lincoln at the Adelaide Rural Clinical School (ARCS) office.

The Administration/Research Officer coordinates the provision of a range of effective and professional administrative support and services. This includes undertaking the effective administration of a range of day to day office equipment, supply and facility maintenance and for delivering a professional front of house interface for the Port Lincoln site.

To be successful you will need: 

  • Demonstrated experience working in an administrative role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of local education/health networks and services.
  • Demonstrated high level organisational and communication (verbal, written and interpersonal) skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in the Microsoft Office suite of products.
