Other (administration & Office Support) – Decoda

HAYNES is currently working alongside a valued client seeking an experienced mine site administrator to be based at Broadlea Mine Site, near Moranbah/Coppabella

We are searching for applicants that have the following skills/attributes:

• The successful candidate will be proficient in the use of SAP & Microsoft Office,
• Open to learning new skills and able to handle a large volume of work.
• Proactive and organised work style along with strong interpersonal and communication skills will be essential for role success.
• On-site experience in a civil or mining environment is highly desirable.
• Coal Board Medical
• Standard 11
• Current C Class Licence

Duties will include but not be limited to are:

• Maintain site PPE inventory to the authorised level
• Archive site files in accordance with the project requirements
• Establish and maintain up to date document control
• Enter safety data into internal and client systems and maintain and file safety records
• Maintain HR and training records
• Process and upload payroll hours into SAP in accordance with payroll requirements
• Administer the accommodation and camp bookings processes as required for the project
• Processing of invoices, timesheets and production reports
• Purchasing day to day requirements including requisitions, purchase orders and goods receipt
• Actively support site in safety, QA and environmental objectives.

• Temp to perm position
• This role operates Monday to Friday/5-2 roster. Local candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Early finish every friday – 12pm
