We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our Flagship Further Processing Plant.

This position also involves engaging with internal and external stakeholders, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. To excel in this role, you should possess the ability to influence others, build trust, and remain flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.

We are offering a Permanent Part Time role with 25 hours per week. The normal working hours would be 9am to 2pm – can be flexible for the right candidate

Individual Accountabilities:

  • Excellent communication skills, providing a high standard of face-to-face communications for site visitors and site personal
  • Answering and directing incoming calls and emails from our internal personnel and vendors.
  • Preparing PPE for visitors as required.
  • Document management including archiving, filing, and scanning records.
  • Assisting QA during and in the lead-up to site audits.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a “can do” attitude.
  • Ability to multitask to a high level with a systematic & analytical approach to tasks
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Provide administrative services including word processing, spreadsheet preparation, database operations, and general support for Management

Skills required:

  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Being self-accountable for achieving expected outcomes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and the ability to multi-task
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and in particular intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Previous reception and/or administration experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The successful applicant must have a driver’s license and their own vehicle.
