About the Role

Working as a part of the Serco Defence RTO team, The Administration officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the entire administration process that underpin the smooth running of the day-to-day operations, as well as the training and student enrolment process.

The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability independently analyse issues and proactively design solutions.

You will also be responsible for the management and maintenance of accurate records by collection, analysing and reporting on data relating to the student enrolment and management process.

About You

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Administration Officer with highly effective administration, coordination and interpersonal communication skills and a commitment to providing a high level of customer service.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High level organisational skills
  • Develop and manage strong working relationships
  • Capacity to carry out and document efficient and robust administrative processes
  • Demonstrated experience working in an RTO would be highly advantageous
  • Experience and good understanding of a Student Management System
  • Proven ability to work in a high-pressure environment
