About the Role

Reporting to the Director of the Professional Standards Office (PSO), the primary objective of the Personal Assistant / Office Coordinator will be two-fold.  First and foremost, you will be providing high-level administrative support to the Director, managing a busy diary and organising regular travel arrangements. Secondly, you will provide support to the greater team with day-to-day activities, as well as managing the overall administration of the office. 

Duties

  • Manage diary and travel for the Director

  • Draft and prepare correspondence and documentation, including minute taking on behalf of Director

  • Prepare case notes

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

  • Maintain printed materials

  • Document formatting 

Skills & Experience

  • Strong administrative background with previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role

  • High level of verbal and written and communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders

  • High level organisational, time management and problem-solving skills

  • Respectful attitude

  • Integrity including ethical decision-making, confidentiality and discretion
