About the Opportunity: 
We are looking for highly motivated Graduate Payroll Software Consultants to join our dynamic team. As a leading payroll software provider, we offer innovative technology solutions to clients in a wide range of industries. As a Graduate Payroll Software Consultant, you will have the opportunity as part of the Graduate Program to work on a variety of challenging projects to support our clients to achieve their payroll and HR goals.
 
What you’ll get to do:
During the Graduate Program you will be collaborating with experienced consultants and technical mentors to develop your knowledge and skills as an Associate Software Learning Consultant, delivering system training packages to Internal staff and external clients.

Structure of the Graduate Program:

  • Initial Company Onboarding program
  • System function learning
  • Shadowing experienced consultants on client projects
  • Internal team activities and assessment
  • Structured learning outcomes, feedback, and support
  • Live project activity
  • Guidance and mentoring from the Graduate Program Manager

Upon completion of the graduate program, you would have developed knowledge and skills in the following:

  • Collaborating with hiring managers, internal experts, and other stakeholders to identify current system, legislation, and soft skills training needs
  • Maintain training environments including installation of new releases, patches, and data update
  • Develop and maintain training plans for New Starters using Ascender Pay
  • Maintain, develop, and deliver Australia/NZ payroll legislation training and other legislation training as required.

Skills and Experience we Value:

  • Bachelor’s degree – Open to any discipline 
  • Proficient written, presentation, and facilitation skills 
  • High level of experience using Microsoft programs, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word 
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and working within a team 
  • MUST have full working rights in Australia
