Talent Acquisition Consultant – Technology

Our Client is looking for a Technical Recruiter that has a vast understanding and passion about technology and recruitment? We are seeking a talented Consultant to manage the recruitment and onboarding process for technology roles within our organisation’s People & Capability team. As a Technology Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technology talent for various roles, such as software developers, data analysts, and cyber security and Change professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their technology talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source and screen candidates, ensuring they meet the technical and cultural requirements of the organisation.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Build relationships with candidates and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies, including identifying and implementing new sourcing channels and tools.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of their recruitment efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a technology recruiter, with a deep understanding of technology roles and the skills and experience required for success.
  • Experience with sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Experience managing the recruitment process from start to finish, with a focus on candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies.
  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple ongoing recruitment processes simultaneously.
