This position will be the driving force behind our ongoing growth that are key to the success of our operations. Responsibilities

  • Onboarding/offboarding employees including end to end new starter inductions
  • Assisting with Case Management
  • Maintaining employee records via the company HR Information System
  • Supporting the Recruitment and HR team with various projects.
  • Monitoring staff qualifications & competencies to ensure continual compliance of job roles
  • Assisting with reviewing and improving internal policies and procedures and organisational charts
  • Creating and influencing positive change within the business
  • Delivering a quality service to our frontline leaders and all staff across the business
  • Maintaining all necessary HR administration across the lifecycle of employees
  • Accurate record keeping of local policies, position descriptions

  
What you’ll bring

  • Previous HR experience not required but would beneficial
  • Strong administration skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Approachable and responsive interpersonal style with the ability to connect with employees at all levels
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload; complete multiple and/or competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be tech savvy and excel at systems and automation
  • Be passionate and genuinely care about our team and our business outcomes
